I MAJOR BREAKTHROUGH BY ARRESTING THREE ROBBERS RECOVERY:- 1) 1 Mobile Phone 2) 1 Aadhar Card 3) 02 Knives As per directions of Ms. Kanwardeep Kaur, IPS, W/SSP/UT, Chandigarh, under the close guidance of Ms. KM Priyanka, W/SP/City Chandigarh and under the supervision of Ms. Gurjeet Kaur, SDPO/South a team of officials of Police Station, Sector-31, Chandigarh headed by Insp. Rajiv Kumar, SHO/PS-31, the team of Police Station Sector 31 got major success by arresting three accused namely i) Bunty Singh S/o Arvind Singh R/o 1988 PH 2 Ramdarbar Chd Age 21 yrs, ii) Abhijeet Kumar Golu S/o Late Rajesh Kumar R/o 1942 Ph 2 Ramdarbar Chd Age 19 yrs, and iii) Nitin Kumar Chintu S/o Mahipal R/o530 PH 1 Ramdarbar Chd Age 22 Yrs in case FIR No. 234 dated 16.12.2025, U/S 304(2),351(2),351(3) ,3(5) added 317(2) Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 and added 25-54-59 Arms Act, PS-31, Chandigarh. It is submitted that the above said case has been registered on the complaint of Reshma W/O Harinam R/O # 60 Vill. Faidan Nizampur UT Chandigarh Age 29 Years in which she stated that on 14.12.2025, at around 04.20PM, she was going to work on cleaning in sector 47 C Chd and when she reached near house no 2270 Sec 47C, suddenly three boys on activa came from behind her and stopped her way. One of them took out a knife from his pocket and threatened her to give all whatever with her. She got frightened and another two boys held her cycle. The boy, who held the knife in his hand, took the purse containing mobile phone make oppo, and documents from the basket of the cycle. They also threatened her to kill, if she would lodge a complaint before Police. During the Course of Investigation all above 3 accused have been arrested on the identification of the victim. During investigation, the search of accused had conducted and during their search, a knife (Kamanidar) recovered from accused Bunty, a knife (Kamanidar) and a mobile phone of victim recovered from accused Abhijit and aadhar card of victim recovered from accused Nitin. After recovery of two knife (Kamanidar) section 25-54-59 Arms act added in the said case. The activa (used in crime) also taken into police possession. All accused are being produced before the Hon’ble Court.
